Mr. Ahmed El Awah
Mr. Al-Awah is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) where he plans, directs, and oversees strategic ICT programs and operations of the organization, assesses opportunities, and risks of emerging technologies, and advises ESCWA clusters and offices on state-of-the-art and future looking information, communication, and data technologies of potential value to organization’s core areas of work. Mr. Al-Awah also acts as the Business Transformation Lead for major system projects of significant importance to the institution which typically impact critical programs and operations and oversees the organization’s Digital Transformation Strategy.
Dr. Ali Idri
Dr. Ali Idri is a Full Professor at the Computer Science and Systems Analysis School (ENSIAS, Mohammed V University, Rabat, Morocco). He is also an Affiliate Professor at the Department of Modeling Simulation and Data Analysis (MSDA), Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Ben Guerir, Morocco. He received his Master and Doctorate of 3rd Cycle in Computer Science from the Mohammed V University in 1994 and 1997 respectively. He received his Ph.D. in Cognitive and Computer Sciences from the University of Quebec at Montreal in 2003. He is the head of the Software Project Management Research Team since 2010. He was the principal investigator of several leading national and international projects. He was ranked at the 3rd position of the Top-Ten researchers in the field of software effort estimation according to the study "Research Patterns and Trends in Software Effort Estimation (Information and Software Technology 91 (2017) 1–21). He was ranked 2nd of the Top-Ten researchers in doing Systematic Mapping Studies in Software Engineering according to the study “Landscaping systematic mapping studies in software engineering: A tertiary study”. He was ranked amongst the top 2% researchers around the world in all scientific fields according to the study performed by Stanford University, 2021.
Moreover, Prof. Idri has been awarded the Best Moroccan Researcher Award in “Computer Science” for the period 2016-2020 during the second edition of “Research Excellence Awards” ceremony organized by Web of Science and the National Centre for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST) on June 29, 2021.
He is an Associate Editor of BMC Medical Informatics and Decision. He is an Editor of the Scientific African Journal. He is an Expert Evaluator of the CNRST (http://www.cnrst.ma/index.php/fr/). He is very active in the fields of medical informatics, software engineering, and machine learning, and has published more than 240 papers in well recognized journals and conferences.

Pres. Amine Bensaid
President Amine Bensaid is a Moroccan computer scientist and academic, president of Al Akhawayn University Ifrane. His areas of specialization have included pattern recognition, machine learning, image processing, fuzzy logic, neural networks, genetic algorithms, and their applications to magnetic resonance, imagining, data mining, web mining, and Arabic IT fields in which he is author of influential publications. He was also president of Université Mundiapolis in Casablanca between 2011 and 2019. Since 2017, he has also been chairman of the board of the Moroccan-American Commission for Educational and Cultural Exchange (MACECE), which administers the Fulbright Program in Morocco.

Dr. Bernard Moulin
Dr. Moulin was a Full Professor at Laval University in the Computer Science and Software Engineering Department until 2018 when he retired.
He was awarded Emeritus Professor in 2020. WIth40+ yearsof experience in:
Data Modeling and Design Methods (Data Base, Information Systems, etc.), Cognitive AI: Knowledge-Based Systems, Conceptual Graphs, Expert Systems, Planning systems, Natural Language Processing, Multi-Agent Systems, Geosimulation, and applications in a large number of domains. He has experience with Government Systems (eFez Project)
and published 88 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, 5 books, 83 book chapters and 189 papers in proceedings of peer-reviewed international conferences.
Dr. Bjoern Schuller
Björn W. Schuller received his diploma, doctoral degree, habilitation, and Adjunct Teaching Professor in Machine Intelligence and Signal Processing all in EE/IT from TUM in Munich/Germany. He is Full Professor of Artificial Intelligence and the Head of GLAM at Imperial College London/UK, Full Professor and Chair of Embedded Intelligence for Health Care and Wellbeing at the University of Augsburg/Germany, co-founding CEO and current CSO of audEERING – an Audio Intelligence company based near Munich and in Berlin/Germany, independent research leader within the Alan Turing Institute and Royal Statistical Society Lab’s Data, Analytics and Surveillance Group, as part of the UK Health Security Agency, and permanent Visiting Professor at HIT/China amongst other Professorships and Affiliations. Previous stays include Guest Professor at Southeast University in Nanjing/China, Full Professor at the University of Passau/Germany, Key Researcher at Joanneum Research in Graz/Austria, and the CNRS-LIMSI in Orsay/France. He is a Fellow of the IEEE and Golden Core Awardee of the IEEE Computer Society, Fellow of the BCS, Fellow of the ISCA, Fellow and President-Emeritus of the AAAC, and Senior Member of the ACM. He (co-)authored 1,200+ publications (45k+ citations, h-index=97), is Field Chief Editor of Frontiers in Digital Health and was Editor in Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing amongst manifold further commitments and service to the community. His 30+ awards include having been honoured as one of 40 extraordinary scientists under the age of 40 by the WEF in 2015. He served as Coordinator/PI in 15+ European Projects, is an ERC Starting and DFG Reinhart-Koselleck Grantee, and consultant of companies such as Barclays, GN, Huawei, Informetis, or Samsung.
Dr. Bouabid Badaoui
Pr. Bouabid Badaoui has an undergraduate degree in Engineering (IAV-Morocco), an MSc in Animal Genetics (CIHEAM-Spain) and a PhD in Functional Genetics (joint supervision between UAB-Spain and AgroParisTech-France).
His PhD thesis was part of a Marie Curie Actions supported project; RIVAGE-Regulation and
Variability of Animal Genome Expression (http://w3.jouy.inra.fr/rivage/uk/). Pr. Badaoui was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Animal Genetics at the ‘Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona-Spain’ and worked as a senior researcher in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics at ‘Parco Tecnologico Padano-Italy’ during 6 years. Since 2014, Pr. Badaoui Joined Mohammed V University in Rabat.
Pr. Bouabid Badaoui is a specialist in Animal Genetics and Genomics and his research focuses
mainly on genetic diversity and phenotype-genotype interactions in different areas of livestock
production: coat color, milk composition, demographic change, thermal stress as well as bacterial and viral infections. His research interests include Bioinformatics and Biostatistics tools development, Computational biology and Quantitative genetics.
Pr. Bouabid Badaoui coordinated/participated in many national and international projects and he
is the coordinator of North Africa for African BioGenome Project (AfricaBP) whose main aim is to support genome-guided sustainable agricultural practices in Africa.
Pr. Bouabid Badaoui is currently working on developing a genomic selection scheme for dairy
cattle combining genomics and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Bouchra Bouqetta
Dr. Bouqata is a Senior Machine Learning and AI Scientist and Program Manager at Amazon Robotics Research. At Amazon Robotics, she leads programs in the area of automated-intelligent systems based on Computer Vision and Machine Learning solutions emphasizing on solving business problems for automated robotics enabled Fulfillment Network for Amazon such as automatically identify/localize packages and identify damages to be automatically inducted by a robotic arm. She is also working on AI for AI research for data generation and augmentation using Generative Adversarial Deep Learning Networks. Prior to that, Dr. Bouqata was senior Analytics Product Manager at GE Renewable Energy and Senior Scientist in the Machine Learning lab at GE Global Research. She led several programs in the area of large-scale automated-intelligent Machine Learning and AI systems solutions focused in the areas of Prognostics and Health Management, Monitoring and Diagnostics of complex assets (such as Wind turbines, Jet Engines, Gas Turbines) and led several Government Agencies (DARPA and IARPA) programs in AI and Cognitive AI agents. Dr. Bouqata received her Ph.D. in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She received several fellowships and awards including MRE Academy Morocco, BEYA and YCWA REACH awards for outstanding achievements and Amazon and GE’s inclusiveness award for outstanding leadership and Research. Dr. Bouqata has co-authored several conference and journal publications and holds multiple patents in the areas of Machine Learning, Automation, Robotics, Asset Prognostics and Health Management and Asset Monitoring and Diagnostics. She has organized successful panels and workshops and served as chair and invited speaker in different technical conferences such as AMLC, NREL, ICCBR, NIPS, Big Data, Wind O&M, GHC and NYCWiC. Dr. Bouqata is an active member of IEEE, AAAI, ACM and SWE. As a woman in technology, Dr. Bouqata is passionate about attracting, promoting and retaining women in Computing. She is part of the leadership committee of Grace Hopper Conference for Women in Computing (GHC), Amazon Women Engineers (AWE), Amazon Women in Science (AWiS), and Arab Women in Computing (ArabWiC). Bouchra is actively mentoring other women in technology to navigate and advance their careers and achieve work/life balance.

Dr. Mohamed El Hajji
Mohamed EL HAJJI obtained a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Ibn Zohr university in 2012. He is currently a professor at CRMEF-SM (Agadir), Morocco. His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Science, and Machine Learning, education and training. Recent work focuses on several projects involving artificial intelligence, Big data, IoT, particularly in education and precision agriculture. He is the coordinator of the research project “Smart Class for Smart Adaptation and Recommendation (CISAR)” funded under the AL-KHAWARIZMI program. He is the author of more than 40 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters.

Dr. John Shawe-Taylor
John Shawe-Taylor is professor of Computational Statistics and Machine Learning at University College London and Director of the International Research Centre on Artificial Intelligence (IRCAI) under the auspices of UNESCO at the Jozef Stefan Institute in Slovenia. He has helped to drive a fundamental rebirth in the field of machine learning, with applications in novel domains including computer vision, document classification, and applications in biology and medicine focussed on brain scan, immunity and proteome analysis. He has published over 300 papers and two books that have attracted over 84000 citations.
He has assembled a series of influential European Networks of Excellence. The scientific coordination of these projects has influenced a generation of researchers and promoted the widespread uptake of machine learning in both science and industry that we are currently witnessing. More recently he coordinated the X5gon (x5gon.org) European project developing infrastructure and portals for AI enhanced delivery of open educational materials.
He was appointed UNESCO Chair of Artificial Intelligence in November 2018 and is the leading trustee of the UK Charity, Knowledge 4 All Foundation, championing the cause of open education including assisting with the establishment of the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Educational Resources adopted in 2019.
Dr. Kamal Reklaoui
Professor of Higher Education, Doctor of Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Poitiers France, researcher in the Industrial Application of Artificial Intelligence for Industry 4.0, former Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Abdelmalek Essaadi University, director of laboratory "Engineering, Innovation and Management of Industrial Systems", supervisor of the Master Training "Maintenance and Improvement of Industrial Engineering", member of the team Tempus Momate, member of the team ERASMUS+ YABDA team member, responsible for the ERASMUS+ MARMOOC Project, Industrial Maintenance and Safety expert, expert for the ANEAQ (Agence Nationale d'Evaluation et d'Assurance Qualité de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche), responsible for the University Pedagogical Laboratory of Renewable Energies, founding member of the FabLab Tangier, deposited 6 patents and author of numerous indexed scientific publications in the fields of Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Applications of artificial intelligence in industry and Digital Learning, Supervision of 20 engineering projects, supervision of 12 doctoral thesis, including two co-supervision thesis (Morocco-France) with the University of Angers, and one industrial CIFRE thesis (France-Morocco) BREST, and an industrial CIFRE thesis in partnership between the University of Brest and the industrial group Thales, coordinator of the ALKHAWARIZMI Project" Realization of an embedded and intelligent device for Predictive Maintenance Made in Morocco (Artificial Intelligence in Edge Computing for Predictive Maintenance)”.
Dr. Karim Jebari
Dr Karim Jebari is a researcher at the Institute for Futures Studies, Stockholm, Sweden. Dr. Jebari is a researcher at the Institute for Futures Studies, Stockholm, Sweden. He defended his doctoral thesis in December 2014 at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). His thesis is about applied ethics and in particular how we should relate to the risks and opportunities of technological innovation. He is interested in issues related to political philosophy, bioethics and the philosophy of science. His main interests right now are in transhumanism, the social impact of AI and existential risks.

Dr. Mohamed Essaaidi
Mohamed Essaaidi is Chief of Party of Interactive Digital Center Morocco (since November 2020) and a Professor and past Dean of ENSIAS School of Computer Science of Mohammed V University, Rabat, Morocco (since 2011), Past Director of International Cooperation at the Ministry of General Affairs & Governance, Morocco (2019), and past faculty member (Professor & Assistant Professor) at the Faculty of Science of Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Tetuan, Morocco (1993-2011).
He is IEEE Global Cities Alliance, MEA Chairman (2021-2022), IEEE Humanitarian Activities Committee (HAC) Assessment Committee Member (2021-2022), IEEE EAB Teaching Excellence Editorial Hub, Member (2021-2022), and IEEE Public SafetyTechnology, Education Chair (2022).
He is the founder and past Chairman of the IEEE Morocco Section (2005-2016), co-founder and chair of IEEE Morocco APS/MTT-S joint Chapter (2005-2010), IEEE Communications / Computer Society Chapter (2006-2008) and IEEE Education Society Morocco Chapter chair from 2007 to 2009.
He has been a member of Committee of Global Accreditation activities of IEEE Education Activities Board (2017-2018). He has been also Director of the Morocco Office of Arab Science and Technology Foundation, ASTF (2006-2009) and the Coordinator of ASTF RD&I Network of Electro-Technology (2006 – 2008).
He has authored and co-authored 10 books and more than 200 papers in international refereed journals and conferences in the field of Electrical and Computer engineering and its diverse applications. He has been Guest Editor of several international journals. He is also an active member of the editorial boards of several international journals in the same fields mentioned above.
Furthermore, Prof. Essaaidi is the founder and the General Chair / co-chair of several IEEE technically sponsored international conferences such as Information and Communication Technologies International Symposium (2005, 2007), NATO Advance Research Workshop on Information Security Assurance (2005), International Conference of Multimedia Computing and Systems series (2009-2016). He also co-organized and co-chaired IEEE Smart Cities Summit in May 2020, the US National Academies 5th Arab American Science, Engineering and Medicine Frontiers Symposium in November 2017, Rabat, Morocco and US NSF sponsored workshop on Smart Cities in January 2016 in Rabat, Morocco. He has also served in the Organizing committees and TPC and presented keynote talks at many other international conferences worldwide.
Prof. Essaaidi holds 10 patents in the field ICT. Some of these patents received several international innovation awards. He was also a member of the IEEE 802.16 Sponsor Ballot Pool of IEEE Standard Association that defined the technical specifications for WiMAX, and of that of IEEE P2784 - Smart City Planning and Technology Guide Work Group (2020-2021) that cover several aspects related to Smart Cities.
He has supervised several Masters and PhDs theses and has been the principal investigator and the project manager for several research projects in the framework of national and international programs dealing with several research issues related to cybersecurity and privacy.
Moreover, in the framework of his position as the director of International Cooperation in the Ministry of General Affairs and Governance (Morocco), he was involved in the coordination of the World Bank Group Morocco CountryPartnership Framework (2019-2024) and OECD Morocco Country Program (2019-2021) among other international cooperation programs.

Dr. Nibal Idlebi
Dr. Nibal Idlebi is the Chief of Innovation Section at UN-ESCWA. She is a senior policy expert in digital transformation, innovation and technology for sustainable development and digital and open government. She has long experience on policies and strategies advancing knowledge society, digital government transformation, innovation policies and development of information society. She is currently leading the ESCWA initiative for fostering open innovative government in the Arab region and the ESCWA Award for Digital Arabic Content. Dr. Idlebi is active member in several international and regional working groups and is a jury member of regional and international awards on innovation, entrepreneurship, digital content and e-Government.
Before joining ESCWA, Ms. Idlebi was deputy Minister in the Ministry of Communication and Technology and professor of computer engineering in the Higher Institute of Applied Science and Technology in Syria. Ms. Idlebi has a computer engineering degree and a Ph.D in Computer Science from France.
Mr. Nikolas Klotz
Nicolas Klotz is a geological engineer with a master’s in management of information systems. For the last 40 years, Nicolas has designed information systems across Morocco, Middle East and France for rural electrification, forest master plans, and higher education organizations. He is not a technical expert in AI. Instead, he understands how information systems impact lives, and he forecasts the emergence of AI in human life with an eye on the ethical risks.
Dr. Theresa Pardo
Theresa A. Pardo, Ph.D. serves as Associate Vice President for Research and Economic Development and Special Assistant to the President at the University at Albany, State University of New York. She also serves as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Technology in Government (CTG UAlbany), a Full Research Professor in Public Administration and Policy, Rockefeller College, and an Affiliate Faculty in the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity. As Associate Vice President for Research and Economic Development, Dr. Pardo is responsible for the University’s research institutes, centers and laboratories and research data governance, among other strategic priorities of the University. As Special Assistant to the President, Dr. Pardo is leading the creation and operation of a novel multi-sector, multi-institutional, and interdisciplinary research and collaboration network focused on the differential impacts of COVID-19 on minority communities in New York and the formation of a new university-wide Institute for Social and Health Equity.
Dr. Pardo is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration where she is Co-Chair of the Technology Leadership Panel. She is a past president of the Digital Government Society and a founding member of the Global Smart Cities, Smart Government Research Practice Consortium. Dr. Pardo served as the Chair of Oman’s Excellence in E-Government Award Jury in 2015 (first female chair) and 2020, and is an advisor to the E-Government Committee for the China Information Association. Dr. Pardo served as Chair of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Advisory Committee and is a member of the Business and Operations Advisory Committee of the U. S. National Science Foundation. Dr. Pardo served as OpenNY Adviser to New York State’s Governor Andrew Cuomo, a member of the User Working Group of the NASA Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center (SEDAC), the Steering Committee of the U.S. National Science Foundation funded North East Big Data Innovation Hub, and on numerous UN Expert Groups on a range of digital government and sustainable development related topics.
Dr. Pardo is a member of the Steering Committee for the International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV) organized by the United Nations University – Portugal, and serves on a number of editorial boards for journals in the fields of digital government and public administration including Government Information Quarterly and Public Management Review. Dr. Pardo is co-developer of the top ranked academic program in Information Technology Management offered by the University at Albany and is ranked among the top scholars in her field in terms citations to her published work.
In 2018 and 2019, Dr. Pardo was named a Top 100 Influencer in Digital Government globally and a 2015 recipient of Government Technology Magazine’s Top 25 Doers, Drivers, and Dreamers Award which recognizes individuals throughout the U.S. who exemplify transformative use of technology to improve the way government does business and serves its citizens. Dr Pardo is a recipient of the Digital Government Society’s Distinguished Service Award, the University at Albany’s Distinguished Alumni Award, and the University at Albany’s Excellence in Teaching Award. She holds a doctorate in Information Science from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Dr. Said Agounad
Said Agounad obtained his Ph. D. in signal processing and electronics from Ibn Zohr University, Agadir Morocco, on July 2018. He had received his MS in system and telecommunication from Ibn Zohr University in 2014. He is currently authorized professor at the physics department, Science faculty of Agadir, Morocco. His research is conducted in the laboratory of metrology and information processing. His main area of interest is in signal processing, artificial intelligence, brain computer interface, and acoustic scattering. AGOUNAD has co-founded the intelligent system with applications team at the laboratory of metrology and information processing. He was coordinator of the project “brain computer interface to control devices and help people with disabilities” which was supported by the Ministry of High Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of Morocco, the Moroccan Digital Development Agency (DDA) and the CNRST of Morocco under the grant number 14/FSA/2021. He has authored and co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed journals, proceeding conferences and book chapters. He served as reviewer of several prestigious journals.
Dr. Sehl Mellouli
Sehl Mellouli is a full professor at the department of Information System at Laval University, Canada. He holds a PhD in computer science from Laval University, a MBA in Information Technology from Laval University, and he is an engineer in Computer Science by the École Nationale des Sciences Informatiques of Tunisia.
His main research interest areas are smart cities, electronic government, intelligent systems, semantic web, and data analysis. Professor Mellouli is a member of the Smart City Smart Government Research and Practice Consortium. Hie is the current president elect of the Digital Government Society. He was member of the eGovPolinet Research Consortium, and of the North American Digital Government Working Group.
Professor Mellouli is member of the Interuniversity Research Center on Enterprise Networks, Logistics and Transports, a member of the Research Center on Geomatics, and an associate member of the Research Center on Big Data. He has several publications in well known and highly ranked international journals and international conferences.
Dr. Souad El Hajjaji
Mrs. Souad El Hajjaji is currently Professor of material, water & Environmental Sciences at the University Mohammed V in Rabat. Prof. Souad El Hajjaji carried out her international academic and research career in universities in France, Germany, and Morocco. In 2017, she was nominated as a Director of the research center on water, naturel resource, environment, and sustainable development (CERNE2D) at the University Mohammed and whose main mission is to strengthen the relationship between the research community and socio-economic sector and to develop research related to water sciences. El Hajjaji souad research is devoted to the development of new processes for wastewater treatments (adsorption, photodegradation, electrochemistry….), solid waste valorisation, monitoring of pesticides and emergent pollutants in water and soil (POPs), the management of water resources, reuse of treated wastewater in agriculture and the impact studies of waste on the quality of water resources. She has coordinated several research projects at different levels: i) National ii) bilateral cooperation with different countries (Germany, Spain, France, Sweden, Jordan, Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, etc.) and iii) European Projects (ERANETHMED, PRIMA). She recently focused her research on sustainable integrated water resources development under climate change constraint. Within the research projects, she supervised more than 30 PhD theses. Has published more than 170 peer-reviewed scientific papers and book chapters: spoken also at national, international conferences and workshops as lecturer. She was also a member of the scientific committee of several international conferences and has chaired and organised several international events. She is associate member of EXCEED -Swindon network and coordinator of MENA region (2022/2023). Member of different associations involved in environment. Gregory G. Curtin, PhD, JD, is co-founder and President of Insight Terra, and will help lead the company's global expansion and strategic direction. He was the Founder and CEO of Civic Resource Group International helping to pioneer the use of emerging technologies including CRGI's CivicConnect IoT/data platform to help cities, governments and public sector industries transform themselves in the digital era.
Dr. Curtin served on the Advisory Board for the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Future of Urban Development and Services Initiative, and was a Member of the WEF’s Global Council on the Future of Government. He also worked with the United Nations to launch the UN Global E-Governance Program, serving as the principal investigator and a lead contributor on the Global E-Governance Survey and Report during its formative years.
Zuzana Schwidrowski
Zuzana Brixiova Schwidrowski is Director of the North Africa Office at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. Her research interests are entrepreneurship, labor economics, family economics and development. She has published in journals such as Development Policy Review, Economics Letters, Economic Modelling, Economic Systems, Journal of Family and Economic Issues, Macroeconomic Dynamics, Review of Development Economics, Small Business Economics, Structural Change and Economic Dynamics, and World Development. She holds Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota.

Among many topics, her work during the last 6 years focused on blockchain, open government data, digital/electronic government, public participation, and public-sector innovation. She has more than 18 years of overall experience and prior to UNDESA her career progressed in socio-economic development filed in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and select countries is East Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. She holds Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government (2009), Master of Science degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Affairs, (2003) and Master of Arts degree in International Relations and History from Yerevan State University (1996).

Abdulkrim Marzouk
Dr. Abdelkrim Marzouk graduated with a Ph.D in Geography from the Graduate School of Geography at Clark Univerity Worcester Massachussetts, USA. He is the Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Al Akhawayn University, Ifrane Mrocco for you years now. His interests include geographic information systems, remote sensing, quantitative environmental modeling, and land use land cover change science. He has worked extensively on different research projects and contributed significantly to major projects conducted in the school of Humanities and Social Sciences including “Parties, Influence, and Governance in Morocco”, “Poverty alleviation and natural ressouce management”, and urban planning. In the last three years, he carried a large project funded by the Moroccan Ministry of Interior entitled: Communal Plan for Development in Ifrane province. In 2018 Dr. Marzouk coordinated with Dr. Sendide the Master Plan of Continuing Education for elected members of Fès-Mekès region.
